We navigate different worlds: outer, inner and those in between.
But when and where are we closest to ourselves? And from which inner state do we make our best decisions, even in the midst of chaos?

I believe that within each of us there is a deep inner knowing. The art lies in finding access to it and learning how to stay connected to it.

For me, language, writing and creative processes are ways through which the inner world can reveal itself and unfold. With Inwords, I create space for this expression so that people can encounter new facets of themselves and reconnect with their core. My work brings together transpersonal coaching, art and writing therapy, as well as my background in communication and language.

I am continually in awe of the human impulse to keep moving forward and to reinvent ourselves again and again. Perhaps this resonates so deeply with me because I grew up between cultures. Identity has never felt fixed to me. I experience it as something living and multi-layered.

My life beyond work also shapes my perspective. As a mother, I have learned a great deal about roles, responsibility, boundaries and self-care. Family reminds me every day that growth is rarely linear and that this is often where its depth lies.
